What inspired Rooted and why does it exist today?
Throughout our careers, we’ve partnered with industry-leading organizational practitioners and worked within top-tier consultancies, both in the U.S. and internationally. Serving a spectrum of organizations, from Fortune 250 enterprises to nimble start-ups, we’ve closely witnessed the weight of inflated billables and unrealistic expectations on both clients and employees.
The disheartening sight of multi-million dollar strategic investments unraveling, along with the livelihoods of those dedicated to them, propelled us to seek a different path. In 2023, we made the decision to utilize our expertise in an attempt to revolutionize the traditional consulting landscape through an advisory philosophy and practice that we passionately believe in.
