What is the turnaround for an average project?
Turnaround time is completely dependent on engagement scope and project complexity. For small projects, turnaround generally averages 8-12 weeks, while projects more complex and transformative in nature tend to average 12-18 months.
Do you offer customized services?
All of our solutions are designed and customized to meet the needs of each, unique client.
Do you offer any special services or pricing for non-profit organizations?
Yes! All 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations & institutions will receive a 20% blanket discount for any & all Rooted Advisory Group services or solutions.

How does invoicing / billing work?
All invoices are digitally sent & paid for a seamless and hassle-free billing experience. We invoice clients on a cadence pre-determined at the beginning of the engagement to ensure there are no surprises. Generally, fees for services are due on a monthly, or project-milestone basis.
