What does an typical ONA engagement look like?
Think of ONA as placing your organization under a business network MRI machine. It provides an in-depth examination of your internal collaboration dynamics free of bias, revealing insights that might otherwise go unnoticed.

Step 1
Data Gathering & Assessment Design
To begin, we will discuss your specific goals and any problem(s) you are trying to solve, allowing us to customize our approach to your organization.
Brief surveys will be administered to the selected audience (taking between 15-20 min. each) for the culture and influencer assessment. The necessary data connections to map your communication networks and analyze collaboration data will also be made during this step.
Step 2
Network Analysis
Next, we will turn your network data into a robust visualization and interpret the results to evaluate the efficiency of collaboration between individuals, teams, & organizations.
This is where we begin to identify the most influential people in your organization, see where bottlenecks may have formed, begin to identify those employees on the outskirts who need more access to key stakeholders, and over 20 other network variables.

Future-State Roadmap
After a thorough assessment, we will share our analysis and findings along with a detailed plan to improve your company’s collaboration networks.
Leveraging the data from the ONA, leaders will have the insights needed and be empowered to operationalize the learnings for long-term improvement, ranging from operational efficiency to talent retention.

Monitoring and Impact Assessment
