Tyler Blomquist is an Organizational Change Management and Process Engineering expert with a proven track record of helping clients ranging from the Fortune 500 to startups optimize their organizational performance. He has worked with many industries including professional services firms, supply chain & logistics, finance & accounting, and manufacturing. Tyler specializes in process improvement, creating training programs, change readiness assessments, gap analysis, and operationalizing data analytics programs to drive transformation.
His extensive experience allows him to bridge the gap between technical intricacies and practical business requirements that empower professionals and result in measurable improvements and cost savings.
Tyler holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management, Information Technology from North Carolina State University. In addition to his formal education, Tyler is also Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB), a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), a Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) affiliate and is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
